The Smart Collect System
This is a world-class debt collection management, recoveries and credit
reporting solution software designed to automate the collections process
from inception until closure of the debt file achieved by full and final
settlement or recall. The system design is based on simplicity, workflow
efficiency, information availability and operator effectiveness.
The Software provides several modules, features and functionalities to enable
Strait management work efficiently in managing the allocated debt portfolio;
User Management, Collections Module, SMS Module, Accounts Management,
Emails Module, Performance Management, Reports Analysis module among
others. It’s a secure system protected through Geo-fencing whereby no
outsider can access data.
Smart Dial Software
The Smart Dial System is a software that allows our Agents to log into a web-
based agent screen and make outbound calls and receive inbound calls. The
automated dial system allows our agents make up to an average of 350 calls
per day while submitting comprehensive remarks on the Smartcollect system.
The Software also offers a recording feature whereby you can replay and
export audio files from all received calls for Quality assurance purposes to
our Clients.
It also brings a feature for multiple inbound/outbound calling, which increases
our Agents’ coverage since they can make calls simultaneously. Other
feature include; Design Simplicity, Champion/Challenger Management, Call
Centre Campaign Manager, Real Time Reports and a streamlined collections
